You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Contacting us from your registered email helps verify your identity. You can also sign in and delete your account on the web. If sign-in is unavailable, use the email deletion instructions linked below.
Content and safety reports
Tell us which animal, account or screen is involved and why. Use [Urgent report] in the subject for child safety, credible threats, animal abuse or exposed personal information. For an immediate threat to life or physical safety, contact local emergency services without waiting for our response.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, sign-in links, full identity documents, national identification numbers or payment details. Remove unrelated people’s contact details, addresses and conversations. If more information is necessary, we will first explain what we need and why.
