1. Operator and contact
Dogam is developed and operated independently by Wayne Kim. Contact kjs140611@gmail.com about these terms or the service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 14 years old and use an email account you control. Do not impersonate another person or use their account without permission.
- Keep your sign-in and device sessions secure and notify the operator of unauthorized use.
- Do not use multiple accounts to misrepresent relationships or history.
3. What Dogam does
Dogam organizes reptile photos, feeding, weights, observations and schedules, and connects parent–offspring relationships and keeper transfers. Features may vary by device, operating system and network conditions. Reminders are local notifications delivered around the time you set.
4. What Dogam does not guarantee
- Confirmed, unconfirmed, unknown and disputed are states of individual relationship links. They do not certify an animal’s lineage, legal ownership, health or a breeder’s trustworthiness.
- Records, photos and notes are observations entered by their authors. The operator does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or originality, or performance of animal sales.
- Growth charts summarize recorded observations. They are not veterinary diagnoses, treatment or feeding recommendations, or assessments of breeding readiness or safety. Consult a veterinarian experienced with reptiles about health concerns.
5. Animal cards and permission transfers
A current keeper is the account with permissions to manage records, visibility and collaboration within Dogam; this status does not prove legal ownership. Accepting a transfer can carry the same animal card’s photos, records, lineage and attribution to the new keeper without making a duplicate. Transaction prices, contact details, personal reminders and previous collaboration and visibility permissions are not transferred.
You send invitation and transfer links through your device’s share sheet. The operator does not collect the recipient’s contact details or send SMS or DMs on your behalf. Contact the operator promptly if a link was sent to the wrong person.
6. Your content and permission to use it
You retain rights to your photos, text and other content. You allow the operator to store, transform and display it as needed to provide the service, back it up, apply your visibility choices, show it to authorized people and transfer animal cards. This permission is limited by the privacy policy and your choices; it does not authorize selling your content for advertising or as a separate product.
You must have the necessary rights to upload content and must respect others’ privacy, image rights and intellectual property. The community guidelines also apply to content visible to other users.
7. Prohibited behavior
- Facilitating illegal trade, animal abuse or illegal capture and distribution of protected species.
- Deceiving others with fabricated relationships or records, or impersonating people or animals.
- Harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, exposing private information or infringing others’ rights.
- Bypassing service, account or invitation-token security, or using automation to create excessive load.
- Distributing malware, reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping or accessing another person’s account.
8. Reports, restrictions and appeals
The operator may hide or remove content or restrict visibility, interactions or account access as necessary to address violations of law, these terms or the community guidelines. Temporary action may precede investigation to reduce urgent harm. You may report issues or appeal actions through the support page.
9. Service changes and interruptions
Features may change for safety, legal or store requirements, technical changes or service improvements. Where reasonably possible, we give advance notice of changes materially affecting access to your records or of service closure. Maintenance, security incidents, disasters or network failures may require restoration and notice afterward.
10. Ending your account
You can request account deletion at any time through the account deletion page. If you cannot sign in, use the email deletion instructions. The privacy policy and deletion guidance explain scope and process. Serious violations or security risks may lead to restriction or termination after notice; urgent cases may be restricted first, followed by an explanation and an opportunity to appeal.
11. Responsibility
The operator provides the service with reasonable care. Unless caused by the operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for harm arising from input errors, device or network failures, third-party actions, or care, veterinary or transaction decisions based solely on Dogam records. This provision does not limit rights protected by mandatory consumer or other laws.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact us by email first to discuss facts and possible solutions. Unresolved disputes are handled by the court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
13. Changes to these terms
Important changes to rights or obligations are announced in the service or by registered email before taking effect. We provide reasonable advance notice for unfavorable changes and obtain separate consent where required.
